I have been very fortunate to have contracted Len Suchocki of Chriscan Enterprises Ltd. to manage two construction projects in the last three years.
The first, a renovation of my home’s kitchen, was an extensive project managed with precision and professionalism. The time estimates Len came up with proved to be accurate.
The second was the construction of a 20,000 sq.ft. commercial / residential building located at 3957 Lakeshore Rd, during which Chriscan managed to proceed to a very successful conclusion. Len’s team was very accommodating to requests from the owner of the project. Len’s good reputation with all subtrades and suppliers has been a great benefit also.
Len’ s ability to envision aesthetic solutions to ambiguous or faulty designs results in a high quality product for the owner. For example , during construction of 3957 Lakeshore Rd, a design omission on the store fronts was made moot by an elegant use of foam cornicing.
I would have no reservations recommending Chriscan Enterprises for similar projects.
