Spaces is an 18,000 square foot coworking office project that was spread out over three floors. This project was comprised of individual leasehold office spaces as well as boardrooms, conference rooms a lounge area as well as a commercial coffee shop. This project was completed in a very tight time line and was executed on schedule and on budget.
