- Over 2,000 ft² of renovated warehouse space for tool and equipment storage.
- Upper floor features three private offices, a washroom, a boardroom, and a staff kitchen with seating areas.
- Lower floor includes an admin office, reception desk, coffee bar, and storage room.
- Exposed concrete walls and floors for an industrial feel.
- Custom millwork reception desk.
