- Open concept design with 18’ ceilings in reception and operatories
- Full light glass pocket doors add to the spacious feel
- Multiple exterior windows added in hygiene rooms and operatories to maximize natural lighting
- 30’ of storefront windows with two entrance doors in reception
- 18’ reconstructed maple tree above fenced in children’s play area with simulated turf in reception
- 850 sq ft mezzanine with private lunchroom, lounge, and 2 piece bathroom and laundry for staff, 3 piece bathroom attached to Doctor’s office
- White painted walls and grey wainscoting in corridors and public washroom balance modern appeal with classic design
- Quartz countertops in reception
- Linear LED’s provide aesthetic lighting while high bay LED’s provide ample functional lighting throughout open areas
- Custom fabricated tv supports to span walls in open operatories
