Chriscan Construction recently completed construction on Vernon, BC’s newest professional space, Siwoski Professional Building on Anderson Way. Designed by GTA Architecture Ltd., this ultra-modern 10,000 sq.ft. commercial building houses two 5,000 sq.ft leasehold units.
Siwoski Professional Building features a two-story glazing system, sunshades, a rooftop patio and more.
One of the leasehold units serves as the new location for Siwoski Dental Clinic. Nothing short of stunning, the clinic was designed by Kelowna-based interior designer Hatch Interior Design. Hatch’s design includes a floating millwork bulkhead above the reception desk, oversized ceiling and floor tiles and a clay feature wall in the waiting room.
The construction of this tenant improvement completes another successful collaboration for Chriscan Construction and Hatch Interior Design.
Every patient treatment room in Siwoski Dental has the latest dental technology seamlessly integrated into the office’s modern design. Chriscan’s expertise shines in the thorough attention to detail, where advanced plumbing and mechanical systems support state-of-the-art surgery rooms.
